The Global Platform for the Right to the City (GPR2C) joins the international and collective efforts to combat COVID-19. We have prepared a series of materials and activities to join forces and strengthen each other in the face of the present crisis:

  • Communiqué, drafted along with our members
  • Compilation of statements and materials from members and allies from around the world
  • List of relevant news and articles about the COVID-19 crisis from a rights and social justice perspective
  • Open Assembly on the Right to the City in the face of COVID-19 to be held in April

All of these materials are available at this dedicated page, which will be frequently updated.

The Right to the City at International Women’s Day 2020
March 8th and the month of March as a whole are key moments in the feminist struggle around the world. The GPR2C joined the global mobilization, calling for Women’s Right to the City and making visible the contribution of organizations working on this issue.
