The activities at the Global Right-to-City Platform (GPR2C) stand at the official Habitat III exhibition were held at the National Assembly of Ecuador Pavilion and were made possible after several days of assembly and preparation by Polis Institute and its team coordinated by Rodrigo Faria and Tama Savaget. Subsequently with the support of Habitat International Coalition (HIC) we hosted activities for 4 days from 9 am to 6.
The Stand hosted at least 7 presentations with launching of publications and 5 public talks on different issues with approximately 800 people attending these activities.

On Sunday October 16th People from IBDU and Pólis Institute met each other at the GPR2C Stand to talk about the week schedule program.
On Monday October 17th was the opening day and the Stand hold two presentations: "Social Regulation of Real Estate Markets and Market Alternatives" (International Working Group for the Promotion of Market Regulation and Market Alternatives) and the talk on "No Construction, Minimization, Reuse and dismantlement "(n'UNDO).
Tuesday October 18th The Stand had several activities: Experiences in Bolivia for the Right to Housing and the Right to the City - graphic exhibition (RENASEH Bolivia)
Alvaro Puertas at the Presentation of publication Passerelle on the Right to the City (HIC and Charlotte Mathivet)
Enrique Ortiz at the presentation of the book From Habitat I to Habitat III(TRIALOG). The new issue of TRIALOG includes articles of persons who attended Habitat I and Habitat II – Enrique Ortíz and John Turner – as well as statements of Habitat networks and grassroots in regard to Habitat III.
Eva Garcia Chueca presents the book launch of "The Right to the City - building another possible world: STI guidelines for understanding and operationalization" (GPR2C) The book is a political claim conveying the utopian call of some urban groups that hope for another possible city? Or is it a programmatic instrument enabling key transformations to shift the current urban model? This book tries to answer those and other questions by exploring the contents of the right to the city building on the struggles, experiences and mobilizations that have taken place during the last decades.

Daniela Liborio and Betânia Alfonsín (IBDU) presents the recently released ebook "The Construction of Urban Law in Latin America" (organized by Edésio Fernandes e Betânia Alfonsin) at the International Network of Urban Law: Right to the City and Implementation of the New Urban Agenda.
On Wednesday October 19 we had the presentation and talk "What Does an Eviction Cost" (Housing and Land Rights Network HLRN - HIC) Also the presentation of the Worldmap Habitat (Pascale Thys, from Habitat et Participation, on the picture): Building and Social Housing Foundation (UrbaMonde)
On Thursday October 20: Presentation of experiences Pro Habitat Foundation (Bolivia) And presentation of the two books "Habitat" and "Social Production of Habitat"(by Rubén Pascolini and Paola Bagnera from the organization “Seamos Libres Lo Demas No Importa Nada”.)
The GPR2C Stand also had a participatory dynamics inviting attendees to write on one of the walls of the stand: What is and what is not the Right to the City? Also echoed in twitter.
