The Habitat 3 Secretariat launched on March 9th 2016 all of the 10 policy papers submmited by Habitat 3 Policy Units on 29 February 2016. The documents are available online and they can be downloaded here.
According to the Secretariat, the policy papers are considered official inputs to the Habitat 3 process and, also, to the New Urban Agenda. Currently in english, these documents should be translated into the other five official United Nations languages (arabic, chinese, french, russian and spanish).
During the process of policy units, each working group had a team of 20 experts on sustainable urban development. The GPR2C (Global Platform for the Right to the City) was represented by these members:

- Sandeep Charchra Centre for Informal sector and Labour Studies, School Social Sciences – Jawahar Lal, from Nehru University;
- Sarah Nandudu National, from Slum Dwellers Federation of Uganda;
